Do you want to be challenged? Are you already a good leader, but want to be better? Do you want to be part of the latest leadership initiative?
Scouts Australia NSW are running the fourth Advanced Scout Leadership Course in the South Coast and Tablelands Region over the weekend 11th-12th September 2010.
This residential course is for Scouts who have already shown they are great leaders in their own Scout Troop and want to take it to a new level. The course is challenging and explores your understanding of your own leadership ability. The course is designed for exceptional Scouts over the age of 13 from across New South Wales. Covering topics from Problem Solving to Administration, this course will develop your skills in Leadership for Life.
When is it on?
We start at 8am on Saturday morning, 11th September- at 1st Bateman's Bay Scout Hall, but if you are travelling a long distance, you may want to arrive Friday night – that’s fine! Leaders will be on site from about 8pm. We will all leave on Sunday after lunch at 4pm from a mystery location.
What is the accommodation?
Accommodation is in tents.
How much does it cost?
The camp fee is $50 for the weekend. This includes accommodation and meals from Saturday lunch to Sunday lunch. Transport to and from the course is at your own expense.
