Tools for Effective DSLs is a modular training programme for District Scout Leaders. It aims to give DSLs the skills and tools they need to be effective in their district. All the required materials are attached to this article.

The training programme is designed to be run in full or in part, depending on the need sof the individual. It can be undertaken at a time and speed which suits the DSL.
